Structure

  • number + counter + からある (+ Noun)
  • number + counter + からいる (+ Noun)

[からある・からいる are used to emphasize that the speaker/writer considers the amount of something/someone to be substantial. Nowadays からある and からいる have been almost entirely replaced by 以上]

In general:
からある is used for weight, height, length, size, and distance
からいる is used with people and animals

[In modern Japanese it is better to stick to 以上 and を超える]
