I’m confused about 果たして + Question. On other sites it means “really”, but only on Bunpro, all the examples show it as “I wonder”. My question is this: Does 果たして encompass both of these meanings, or did Bunpro simply only show example sentences that use it as “I wonder”? And if there there are two distinct meanings, how could I differentiate them?

So 果たして has two major meanings (actually 3).
First one expresses “as expected”, like やはり、やっぱり、やっぱ etc, often used with various とおり variants like 言った通り、思った通り etc.
The second one is extension of the first one, used to express strong skepticism if something will go as expected, it is used in questions, mostly with words like だろう、かしら, でしょうか、のか etc.
To express that emphasis on uncertainty it is translated as “really/ever”.
