Didn’t even know 樂 was a kanji by itself. Only one I know that uses that shape is 轢く (to run someone over) lol. But damn, that is very challenging to read.

I was confused by 煌華の麒麟 at first because I forgot that a 麒麟 is also a mythological creature and not just a regular old giraffe. I think the reason they share the same character might be that the Ming Chinese sent a trade ship over to Arabia and got given a giraffe which they decided was a Qilin
