⑤手でさわる
の五つの感覚のこと。今まで何気なくしていたことも、じっくり見たり聞いたりしてみてね。そして、五感で感じとったことを言葉に置きかえてみます。「手ざわりがよかった」「においがいいね」のように、五感を使うと、どんどん生き生きとした文章ができてきます。

- To see with the eyes (sight)
- To hear with the ears (hearing)
- To smell with the nose (smell)
- To taste with the tongue (taste)
- To touch with your hands (touch)
Those are the five senses. Until now (the things you haven’t done? I don’t understand this part), please try to carefully see and listen. Then, try to describe your senses with words (?). For example “the texture feels good” “the smell is good” , using your five senses, rapidly, you will be able to write lively sentences.

Up until now, you’ve unintentionally been using those senses, but let’s try to purposely look and listen. Then, let’s try to change the words we use with what we notice with those five senses.
