十一月九日：
今日は、大学が終わった後、大学の最寄駅(池袋駅)にある デパートへ行きました。そこで、お母さんと 和菓子のお店に行きました。デパートに着いたのは 午後の三時半頃で、少し 小腹が空いていました。そのため、そこの和菓子屋さんで おやつを食べる事にしました。お母さんは 秋限定の和栗のパフェを、私は 抹茶と和菓子のセットを注文しました。抹茶は しっかりと泡が立っていて、味も濃く、とても美味しかったです。また、和菓子も餡子の甘さが 通常よりも控えめで 食べやすかったです。最近は 洋菓子よりも和菓子にハマっているため、お家用にも和菓子を買って帰りました。後日 その和菓子たちを食べるのも楽しみです！

Translation attempt
After uni had finished, I went to the store using the university train station. Then I went to a wagashi shop. I arrived at the store around 3:30pm, and was a little hungry. Because of that we decided to eat at the wagashi shop. My mother ordered an autumn special chestnut parfait (?), I ordered matcha and the wagashi set. The matcha had a lot of bubbles/froth (?) and a strong flavour, it was delicious. The red bean wagashi was sweeter than normal(?), it was easy to eat. As I have been stuck on Japanese style confectionary more than western style lately, I have been buying it and bringing home(?). I look forward to eating wagashi again soon
美味しそうですよね。私も和菓子が好きです。たいてい洋菓子が甘すぎるのであまり食べません。残念ながら私の町にいい和菓子が買いにくいです。でもいくつか買える店には知ります。ゾンダーという店で本当に大きさ抹茶と苺パフェが買えます。とても美味しいです。

︎ほぼ合っています！ただ、I have been buying it and bringing home のところは、I bought it and brought home の過去形になります。文の前半は最近(have been)のことを、後半は今日の出来事(past)についてです！
和菓子、美味しいですよね！

十一月十日：
今日は、おやつの時間に 昨日買った 和菓子を食べました。 写真に写っているものが、その和菓子です。お母さんと 全て 半分ずつ食べました。
一番奥に写っている大きな袋の中身は「どら焼き」です。カステラのような生地の中に、たっぷりの餡子が入っています。餡子は、粒あんでした。右の方に写っている 黄色いパッケージの中身は、和風のスポンジケーキのようなものでした。「さつま大納言」という名の通り、口に入れた瞬間に、さつまいもの香りが 口全体に広がりました。
手前の2つは、最中(もなか)です。これも中身は餡子で、右は粒あん、左はこし餡でした。どれも とても美味しく、幸せな気持ちになりました。

十一月十一日：
今日は、中学生の時の同級生と、地元の居酒屋へ行きました。 
私たちは、中学生の時に同じ部活（吹奏楽部）に入っていて、同じ楽器（フルート）を担当していました。 
中学生になるまでは、全く仲良しではありませんでしたが、一緒の楽器仲間として、日々練習をするうちに、気づいたら仲良くなっていました。高校生の時は、一緒にディズニーへ行くくらい仲良しでした。しかし、去年の四月から、そのうちの一人が働き始めて、なかなか 会う事がありませんでした。そのため、今日は 一年半ぶりに、三人全員が集まる事が出来ました。仕事の話や就活の話、恋愛の話や健康についてなど、様々な話をしました。この 一年半の 会わなかった間に あった出来事 をシェアするだけで、気づいたら ３時間も経っていました。中学生の時に 同じ制服を着ていた頃 と比べると、今は もう それぞれの道に向かっていてバラバラですが、それでも久しぶりに会って時間を過ごすのは楽しかったです。

Summary
Today I went to the local bar with an old middle school classmate.
When we were at middle school we were in the same after-school club, (concert band) and were responsible for the same instrument (the flute).
Until we became middle school students, we’d never been close friends, (mm not sure how best to phrase it in English) as fellow instrument companions, while doing our daily practice we realized we’d become good friends.
When high school students we were such good friends that we went to Disney together.
However from April of last year, one of us started working and we did not meet often at all.
For that reason, for the first time in six months the 3 of us could get together.
We talked about various things, health, love, work and looking for work.

Summary
Today I went to my friend from middle schools home town in Nagoya. When we were in middle school, we joined the wind instrument club, we played the same instrument (flute). When I got middle school, I didnt have any good friends but being instrument companions (?) day by day practicing together we became good friends. In senior high school we were such good friends we even went to Disneyland (?). However from April last year, (you?) started working on your own, and we hardly met each other. Beause of that, now every half year three of us go and meet up. We talk about things like work and job hunting, relationships and various other things.
This meeting we didn’t meet on time, just by sharing we took 3 hours (really confused by this whole part). If we compare to when we were in middle school we wore the same uniform, we go in various different directions, it was still fun to meet after a long time.
Well that tookme a while, my vocabulary really lets me down and i have to use the dictionary a lot. Theres a few long sentances in there, where I tend to get ‘lost’ and cant follow whats being said

十一月十二日：
今日は、お父さんが 夜ご飯を作ってくれました。 
私の家では、お母さんも お父さんも 私も 同じくらいの頻度で 料理をします。私は、火曜日と金曜日、お母さんは月曜日と水曜日と木曜日、お父さんは土曜日と日曜日に 夜ご飯を作る事が多いです。今日は、いつも通り、お父さんが夜ご飯を作りました。それは 珍しい事では無いのですが、今日は 新作のメニューがありました。写真の手前に写っているパスタが、その新作のメニューです。 
父は、YouTubeでシェフの人の動画を見つけ、それを 真似して作ったそうです。ソースのベースは、市販のパスタ用のたらこソースで、それにシーフードミックスや、ワイン、野菜などを加えています。父が 普段作るパスタの味とは少し系統が違い、新鮮な味でした。しかし、スッと入ってくる味で、とても美味しかったです。 また、私のお気に入りの料理が増えました。

Summary
Dad made dinner today. In our family, Mom, Dad, and I all cook around the same number of times a week. Typically, I’m in charge of dinner on Tuesday and Friday, Mom does Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and Dad does weekends. Today, as usual, Dad made dinner. This in itself was nothing special but today a new item was on the menu. The new menu item can be seen at the front of the photo. Dad followed a recipe from a chef’s video that he found on youtube. The sauce was a combination of store bought cod roe sauce and a number of other ingredients such as vegetables, wine, and a seafood mix. The pasta was slightly different from what Dad usually made so the flavour was new to me. But it was very delicious, with a flavour that goes down easy. Once again, the number of dishes that I like have increased.

十一月十三日：
今日は、午前中に 呉服屋さんへ行きました。 
袴を レンタルするためです。日本では、大学の卒業式に 女性が袴を着るのが 一般的で、私は、来年の三月にある大学の卒業式に 袴を着て行こうと考えています。 
もちろん、スーツを着る人も沢山います。 
今日行った呉服屋さんは、初めてではなく、成人式の着物を着る時に行った事がある場所でした。袴を選ぶのは、とても大変でした。なぜなら、着物の柄も、下の袴の色も沢山あって、組み合わせが何通りもあるからです。まずは、気になる着物を選んで、それを全て試着しながら、どの色の袴が似合うのかの組み合わせを考えました。結局、私が選んだのは、写真で一番大きく写っているものです。どれも素敵でとても迷いましたが、自分に合う袴を選べたと思うので、大満足です。そして、袴を着てもいいと言ってくれる両親に、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
