何でも使いすぎると問題があるから、やはりスマートフォンを使いすぎると問題があるに間違いないです。そういえば、スマートフォンの使いすぎるのは自身の特別な問題を起こします。今までの人間は、情報をあまり受け取りませんでした。例えば、生まれたから死ぬまで、ずっと同じ町で住んでいて、同じ百人ぐらい人を話し合いました。ニューズは、ほとんどつまらないことし、知り合いについてだし、新しいニューズを聞くときは毎日ではないし、情報は扱いやすかったです。しかし、今、皆さんはスマホでいつでもどこでも、そして見てない知ってない人についてのニューズを受け取れるようになりました。そのため、段々ストレスが増えています。皆さんの能はこの状況に準備されていないので、緊張になりやすいです。ですから、スマートフォンの使う時間を限らなければなりません。

However, now, using a smartphone, people have become able to receive news any time, anywhere, and about people we don’t know at all. Because of that, stress is gradually increasing. Everyone’s brains are not prepared for this situation, so it’s easy to become stress. Therefore, we must limit our smartphone usage time.

はい、失敗は人を成長させると思います。だけど、成功も大切です。なぜなら失敗を通して色々な経験できるし、段々スキルアップ出来ます。一方で、たまに成功しないと自信はよく下がってきます。でも、失敗せずに成功するしかない場合は成長に悪いとおもいます。失敗から教わることが多くて、謙遜も繋がっています。しかしながら、いつも失敗だけして、自信がない人はよく失敗を怖がっています。そのため、両方も大切だとおもいます。

Yes, I think mistakes make people grow. However, I think success is also important. The reason is that through mistakes, you can gain various experiences, and gradually improve your skills. On the other hand, if you don’t occasionally succeed, your confidence often falls. But, having only success without failure is bad for growth, I think. You are taught a lot of things by mistakes, and it also leads to humility. Nevertheless, people who only ever make mistakes and have no self confidence are scared of mistakes. (This sentence does not make good sense in hindsight FML) For that reason, both (mistakes and success) are important.
