Usually only nouns are allowed, we’ve also been using な-adjectives without the な. It’s not a huge deal though either way if someone uses one without knowing!

One thing I’m not sure of (maybe @matt_in_mito knows)… should the next word (after mine) start with よ or しょ? EDIT - Figured it out from the image on wikipedia - it can be either!

Since this thread’s bound to get really long and last a long time, the “no repeat” rule can be a problem since… People are bound to forget what’s already been posted, or not know something’s been posted (because there are too many posts already, etc). Just a thought!

I think the no repeat rule is for the current game, no? This is why I hope if people enter the thread and can’t think of a word to continue they just restart again rather than waiting for someone to eventually continue. Might be just me, but I enjoy the fast paced nature and eventual mess-ups that will happen! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: Anyways

I mean, even then, if the current game gets too long, people may just end up repeating words anyway because they don’t know a word’s been played, haha. I get why the rule exists, it’s just hard to “enforce” when there’s nothing really keeping track.

I agree, it’s hard to catch unless you’re playing consistently - we actually already had a repeat in the last game (奇跡) but I didn’t say anything because it’s probably no big deal. :sweat_smile:
