Why is it this
踊っているとストレス解消になります。
and not
踊るとストレス解消になります。
when the translation is
“When I dance, my stress just disappears!”
and not
“When I’m dancing, my stress just disappears!”

Could someone explain ところ vs ばかり again?
I thought that ところ was only for something that literally just happened and not something that happened recently?
先月始めたところです。
先月始めたばかりです。
