There is a sentence missing in the 4th text’s translation. The second sentence isn’t translated.

I just noticed that some passages have pretty informative notes! That’s awesome, but I feel like they are a bit hidden. Especially since they are not available for all passages. It would be great if their availability was more obvious, even if the default is to have them hidden.

In the translation given for the last passage under the topic ”両親の仕事についてはなしています”

’お皿洗いはしなかった’ is translated as ‘he won’t wash the dishes’, but isn’t ない conjugated into past form here? In the greater context of the sentence “he didn’t wash the dishes” doesn’t really make sense, so shouldn’t it be しない instead of しなかった?

I wonder if in the last dialog, last sentence by Mayu has a correct translation?

Won’t it be more like - you’re going to the university tomorrow? Because of the ending particle ね, that would be rather a question, looking for info/confirmation, to which Kurumi answers - yes.

And to match the translation it should and with よ?

I think this sentence is fine. From context, Mayu decided to not be lazy tomorrow and actually go to class, and announces that.
I’m not sure how it relates to Bunpro’s N5 article on ね, only staff can answer that, but dictionaries list this meaning as:

https://jpdb.io/vocabulary/2029080/ね?lang=english#a

Particle
3. you know; you see; I must say; I should think
at sentence end; used to express one’s thoughts or feelings

自分の考え・気持ちを主張する意を表す。

But reading this whole dialog, I think there’s an issue with a different sentence, sentence 3:

“couldn’t go” would be 行なかった, but Mayu just says “I didn’t go”, fully admitting it was a conscious lazy choice.
