Hello, slightly new here. I’ve noticed I’m pretty lacking in the 文法 department and was wondering if there is a way to strictly only have grammar in my reviews instead of having vocab mixed in together.

Go to settings->reviews->under general group - spilt reviews-> choose yes. And you will see two buttons grammar or vocab only button in the dash board.

Is there any way to completely “turn off” the vocab portion? I was trying to do it for a while (in parallel with WK), but it was too much. Now I have a continuously growing counter of the number of vocab reviews I have due (currently around 700), and it bugs me and keeps tempting me to try to start it up again (which distracts me from the grammar, which needs my focus). 
Clearly a discipline problem of my own.

Go to Settings → Reset → Reset Vocab → All
Wipe clean your vocab progress in Bunpro. SRS Progress, gained XP, and Stats will be reset to their original state for the selected type. (This cannot be undone.)

I have the same problem. I want to focus now only on grammar and want to turn off the vocabulary reviews for a short time. But this will wipe all my progress. I want an option like a vacation mode for vocabulary review only.
You can turn on split reviews in Settings → Reviews → under “General” → Split Reviews → Yes. When you review, just click the on dropdown and choose “Grammar Only”.
The problem with this, however, is that the vocab will still show up in the queue and reviews can pile up. There is currently no way to disable / hide vocab without a reset. If you want this as a feature, you can submit a feature request here.

Thanks Chris! Agreed with Bulbaquill that I probably won’t do this since it’s destructive. But good to know that the option is there. I’ll just force myself to ignore the big review count for now.

I don’t see this option. The options I see in the “General” sub-menu are:
- Grammar Ghost Reviews - Control creation of Grammar Ghost Reviews.
- Vocab Ghost Reviews - Control creation of Vocab Ghost Reviews.
Am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks!
I found you can click the arrow on the “Review - All Reviews” button from Dashboard | Bunpro to select only grammar.
Update here: I’m not sure it works even with the reset. I finally did the reset, because I was tired of seeing the huge vocab number. But today I got a vocab word in my reviews. It’s possible I forgot to “expand” the “review grammar & vocab” menu item and carefully select only grammar. But, I fear now that I absentmindedly answered a vocab Q (not realizing it was a vocab Q), I’ve now “unreset” my progress, and the flood will begin again. Sure, I can do another reset now. But I imagine it won’t be long before I forget the “expand and click grammar only” trick above, and start the nasty cycle over again. 
Another update, maybe it’s because the N5 vocab deck was still in my deck list. I did a reset again and removed the deck this time, we’ll see if it sticks. I also coincidentally finished the N5 grammar deck last night, and clicked the broom icon which made it go away too. Hopefully that was the right move and I’ll continue to get reviews for it until I push all of those items to their max SRS level.
Yet another update… vocab reviews are back, again. Maybe I need to unsync with wanikani? It’s assigning me vocab “reviews” even though I haven’t done a single vocab lesson post-reset.
