Roast Pork and Fried Egg Rice 焼き豚玉子飯
This filling dish consists of a bowl of rice, topped with chashu (pre-boiled pork that is sliced and roasted), followed by soft fried egg and pork sauce. It’s great for those days when you need something tasty and really filling.

This is a fruit native to North America that was imported to Japan and has become famous in Ehime Prefecture.
