Quick questions on ～ない～はない

Hello! I’ve got a few questions on this grammar point.

  1. This isn’t really related to usage, but after reviewing the example sentences, it seems to make more sense for the grammar point to be titled ～ない～は~ない instead, since は isn’t always guaranteed to be beside ない (or it could be ～ない～(は)ない or something). You guys are the pros, but I wanted to bring this up in case there was a nuance I was missing.

  2. A few of the sentences use も after nouns and counters and before the last negative verb. The linked Maggie-sensei page mentions swapping out は for も, but this looks like something different. What meaning is the も giving in these sentences?

私の友達の中でピザが好じゃ ない人は一人もいない 。
紙を使わない会社は一ひとつもありません。
