For this relatively new grammar point, to avoid a lot of confusion, I think it would be better to call it
Number/Amount + は
Considering it is frequently seen with ちょっと、くらい、すこし etc. These words arent numbers, but they are all still ‘amounts of something’. This small change would remove the guess work people have to do to figure out this otherwise obvious pattern.
