Hi Bunpro community,

Apologizes if this is somewhere in the forums and I didn’t see it. Can someone clarify when わけがない is used versus わけではない?

Thanks in advance!

This should steer you in the right direction I think! Feel free to ask more question if that explanation doesn’t do the trick for ya!

Possibly a very simple answer, but I like to think of わけ in the same way as ‘so’ in English. が is just far stronger.

It is SO not (A)’
It is not so that (A)’

A is impossible
A doesn’t mean that B mean that is true
