It is working fine.
I love this SO much. よく頑張ったなあ!この変化は大成功だ!
The graph showing cumulative reviews is much easier for me to read and it’s quite helpful to see how many upcoming reviews there are.
The rounded edges on all the tiles really ties the whole page together. Everything looks great.
From what I am seeing it is initially wrong at the start of each day prior to starting any reviews, then as soon as I complete a grammar review it updates and shows the correct number.
Is that the same as you?
So for today before I have completed a grammar review:
Then after completing a single review:
I have a notion that it is as you say. I will check it tomorrow at the start of my day and let you know.
As for the other issue (“Last months entries still set to zero”), might it have to do with the date at which this modification was introduced?
Got a fix coming for this.
Jake also thinks he has an idea as to why this might be broken.
Will take a look!
Great! I expect he’s already aware, but looking at the vocab count it has the same behaviour on the Activity chart.
Just for the sake of completeness, and to confirm what @ThePurpleOrange said:
a) at the beginning of the day, with no reviews done yet, the Activity dashboard shows this:
b) then one Grammar review comes up. After doing the review, it shows this:
The Grammar review count gets back to normal, the Vocab review count still shows a wrong value.
c) the Vocab review comes up now, just one item also:
The Vocab review count also gets back to normal.
We’ve implemented a (potential) fix for this – are you able to check and see again if everything looks OK?
haven’t been following this in detail but … used to have new lessons set to “1”…but now it’s “-193”…
bug??? or no? Haven’t changed any settings in the dashboard…only noticed this today
or does it mean I am fluent and can stop learning now
Hello, good morning.
It looks like @Schuylerca says:
Further to this, I haven’t made any reviews today but the counter already indicates 6 for Vocab and 8 for Grammar.
EDIT: I’ve just seen that there is a lot of information when hovering over the bars:
Is this part of the fix or it was there previously!?
My learn button is negative now too, and my review button is combined with a dropdown (today is the first I’ve seen that) which is a shame I really liked the separate buttons before to see at a glance how many grammar only reviews I have.
We published a new version of the Dashboard silently to the live site.
The negative-number issue has no effect on your account/ability to learn, and it should be fixed by tonight
@mosquitobird11
The Review dropdown will replace the two-button system of the old Dashboard.
We’ll get people’s feedback on this though so if enough people complain about this we might revert it.
It means you’ve learnt too much and have to go back.
It still has the same behaviour for me - was the change reverted due to the negative number issue?
Nah all the latest changes are unrelated to the Activity graph!
EDIT: Just another check, but you and @Pablunpro have your time-zones set correctly etc.?
If they are, I’ll flick you guys some DMs cuz this bug is going to be a tricky fix if I’m not able to replicate it…
Got your message! Cheers~
@Pablunpro
Are you able to check again and see if you get the issue when your language is set to English?
お願いします!
EDIT: I’m able to replicate the issue!
Indeed only happens when the language is set to Japanes
Done as requested.
This is what I get when the language is set to English (above), which is coherent with the old Dashboard (below):
Checked! I have the time zone correctly set.
NOOO ! The split reviews are gone ! Me after trying to find them :
Oh ! It’s still there ! I was complaining internally that the split reviews were gone, then noticed the (very) small arrow It’s quite small so I didn’t saw it at first. Could it be possible to always have the hover effect (little darker squared area around it) to make it easier to notice ?
