Hello, I think my Forecast UI might be bugged. It says that I should have 5 reviews at 5PM (40min ago), but I haven’t gotten any yet.
I don’t know if this has been reported yet.
It says I mastered this grammar point 10 min ago, but that’s what it said a week ago as well. So I don’t know the time I actually mastered it (tbh, I thought I hadn’t yet).
On a related note, for another grammar point I mastered just a moment ago there’s no start date.
This is amazing news! I’ve been unable to trust the forecast for months now. Thanks @veritas_nz !
Sadly, I still see the same issue(s). Sometimes the forecast bars shift without also shifting the axis labels, and I’m currently seeing the attached - one review supposedly due according to the forecast but not reflected in “Review”.
Ahh yeah the fix was only for the dates (Activity + Forecast in daily mode).
Luckily I think the source of the issue is probably the same.
Will have to have a tinker! Will repost when it’s done
I can’t sync vocab from Wanikani. When on Log in - Japanese Grammar Explained | Bunpro I click “Sync [Master]”, nothing happens. In browser’s log I see that request XHRGET bunpro.jp/settings/user_sync_wanikani_vocab/mark known fails with HTTP/2 500.
Noticed all community posts are showing up as “Just now” on the Bunpro dashboard, even though when you click through, they weren’t all posted “Just now”:
I’m getting a notification that my trial ends in 3 days, but I have a regular subscription. Is that a general bug or just me?
Edit: I believe it just got the year wrong. I was indeed using a trial exactly one year ago.
It is still saying 先ほど for all posts.
Might it be related to this, no progress is highlighted though I’m well into both?
EDIT: I just pressed both of them and they got back to normal. おかしいなぁー
I wonder if this has been reported before. As someone who gets things wrong often it has bothered me for a while.
Using the app.
When you are doing reviews and get one wrong, it will show you one or two other reviews and then cycle back to the wrong one so you can try it again. All well and good. However, if the wrong one’s second try would be the final review of the session, the sessions ends and it is skipped but shows up on the dashboard as a single pending review.
We recently made a change to how we track progress to increase response time efficiency. By default it might show as no progress but once you study from a deck or go view that deck, your progress will be automatically synced.
I’m getting the same notification that I have 9 days left but I used my trial way back in 2019.
I assume when the 9 days passes it will realise my subscription will just renew.
I too have been notifications of my trial expiring, despite it having ended some time ago.
I found an issue with cramming on google chrome. Some items that require some sort of conjugation don’t provide the verb that should be conjugated in brackets like they should. Some examples are as follows.
Edit* I checked microsoft edge and the error persists. I’ll access it from another pc later to see if that might be the issue. It should be worth noting that doing it on my phone (safari) did not produce this issue
I seem to have the same issue.
@JLM94 @EmilyVersoza This was just patched. Seems like we had a bug that showed the wrong message.
I’ll check it out when I get off the bus and provide any feedback if necessary. Now that I have you here I might as well shoot my shot, I’ve mentioned it before in the recommendations thread, but saw no response. Is there anyway to implement some sort of known kanji field that a user could manually input similar to what Satori reader does or even a drop down box that allows users to select their highest WK level passed so that BP furigana settings can pull from that.
I’m not subscribed to WK at the moment since I wanna focus on some other things besides Kanji for now, but as a result the WK API has me set to level 3. As you see in the screenshots I posted just about every kanji there has furigana when I should know all of those kanji already.
I am not sure if this is a bug, but when i click on a given word, sometimes bunpro will alow me to add it to my vocab, but other times it wont do anything.
For example:
If i click on 雨 it will give me the option to add to vocab in a little “popup”, but if I click on 急に it will not.
I originally thought it might be a weird interaction with 10ten but that doesnt seem to be the problem, as even with 10ten off, it still doesnt work. Maybe its just bias, but it seems like it doesnt work on a lot of words. Its also not that the word is missing from the vocab section, as 急に has its own page.
