After doing a “flashcard” review, if the next review is a “manual input” review, sometimes the manual input box appears with “2” or “1” already filled in, depending on the previous keystroke for the “flashcard” review.

Dashboard on Firefox doesn’t seem to be updating/showing the correct number of reviews.

However, if I navigate to another page such as settings, it seems to be showing the correct number?

I’ve tried restarting the browser, as well as logging in and out, but it seems to always be stuck at 50 reviews. This only seems to be happening on Firefox – if I log in to another browser, the dashboard shows the correct number of reviews.

Update: Issue persists after deleting site cookies/history.

I’m having an issue with submitting the answers after the review. Frequently, when I press the enter button to submit my answer, the page automatically skips the answer page, and I am unable to determine what I got wrong. I initially thought it was a keyboard issue, but when I switched to my Mac’s built-in keyboard, it was still happening. Is there something I could do to remedy this issue? (edit: I just realized I had my ad blocker running and have now disabled it, it seems to be working fine now)

Hi! I’m new here, I just downloaded the app (but have had the account for a few years)

I’ve noticed a slight display problem with the furigana that are shown in the app (chrome browser version for android works fine). The furigana are too close to the kanji which makes it hard to read them so smushed together.

I am using the Android app on a Samsung Galaxy flip 5, app version 0.4.1 downloaded today.

(Edit: this can be quick-fixed when increasing the furigana size in the settings, which in turn, however, makes them take up too much space left and right in my opinion)

Been happening for a while but the review activity graph smooshes together or something on web. I’ll have grammar reviews of 90 show higher than vocabs at 300. The numbers are right it’s just the visual. Works fine on mobile app though

Cram mode on mobile web (dunno about others) shows the entire learning deck chosen for cram even with only items studied selected (no spoilers). So it shows 6831/6831 to cram.

But during the session the number at the top is either 1437 (ish) or 4316(ish)

1673 is the number of items ive actually studied from this deck

Thanks for replying. I’m using the smallest possible font size and the standard font “SamsungOne”. The screen ratio of this phone is a little different to most phones, so this could be a reason. The flip5 is a little longer and slimmer than others.

I am getting a weird issue where a ton of words and grammar points aren’t showing that I am studying them:

On vocab decks, the pitch accent audio button breaks if you proceed to the next word before the audio finished playing. Once that happens you cant press the button on further vocab words to hear the audio.

Tested on Desktop Firefox and Chrome

If you see another you know for sure should be marked as in progress, could you let me know please before you mark it? I will be able to take a look an see what might be causing it better.

Forecast seems to be calculating review count differently than actual review count.

I’ve been on vacation mode for a while and today I decided to do some reviews, but now I’m getting the following message:

“Your vacation mode data is being updated.”

The vacation mode button disappeared, so I can’t enable it again.
