Cram mode on mobile web (dunno about others) shows the entire learning deck chosen for cram even with only items studied selected (no spoilers). So it shows 6831/6831 to cram.

But during the session the number at the top is either 1437 (ish) or 4316(ish)

1673 is the number of items ive actually studied from this deck

We are looking into this issue, what are your phone font settings?

Thanks for replying. I’m using the smallest possible font size and the standard font “SamsungOne”. The screen ratio of this phone is a little different to most phones, so this could be a reason. The flip5 is a little longer and slimmer than others.

I am getting a weird issue where a ton of words and grammar points aren’t showing that I am studying them:

On vocab decks, the pitch accent audio button breaks if you proceed to the next word before the audio finished playing. Once that happens you cant press the button on further vocab words to hear the audio.

Tested on Desktop Firefox and Chrome

If you see another you know for sure should be marked as in progress, could you let me know please before you mark it? I will be able to take a look an see what might be causing it better.

Forecast seems to be calculating review count differently than actual review count.

I’ve been on vacation mode for a while and today I decided to do some reviews, but now I’m getting the following message:

“Your vacation mode data is being updated.”

The vacation mode button disappeared, so I can’t enable it again.

Similarly, I found recently when my subscription briefly lapsed, that you can no longer enable vacation mode without a subscription. (And you definitely used to be able to).

I don’t know if these aspects are linked or not, but they could be. Whatever the case, if vacation mode is being worked on to fix the glitch I think this should be fixed too. It doesn’t seem fair to me to force people to break their streak if they need to take a pause from payment.

I have this issue sometimes, it seems like some reviews for some reason don’t appear at the start of the hour, so the forecast will show X reviews at this time while you have 0 reviews you can do.
Then later at like half past, or 45 past or such, the reviews appear.

I’ve noticed that since the the recent enhancements to allow custom decks, the percentage learned isn’t displayed for decks that you’re not expressing learning.

For instance, most of the below Genki decks show 0%, even though I’ve finished the N5 and N4 Bunpro Grammar decks.

It’s a minor thing, but I really liked the peace of mind of knowing how much of each textbook (for example) that I’ve covered even though I’m on the Bunpro path.

FYI, as a workaround, you can click into the decks individual, then the percentage caches and is available to the main “Decks” page.

Yeah just click into the decks your interested in seeing the percentage for and it’ll remember it. Personally I don’t like seeing that progress bar for decks in not interested in

Yeah, something weird is going on with vocab. I am definitely occasionally losing words that I am supposed to be reviewing (is it because I am adding new decks? @IcyIceBear or @Flutter have you noticed anything similar?)

I looked at the decks this morning to see my known vocab:


But then when I clicked the little refresh button for these, the ‘Learned’ vocabulary actually went down:

I have this issue where the system keeps failing to accept my answer for a specific problem that is marked as a ‘ghost’ entry. I also can’t delete it from my ghost pile, seems like it’s a bug that’s directly related to it being a ghost entry. I checked the network tab in the developer console and it seems like the API request is failing.

Also I highly recommend the Bunpro staff to use error monitoring software like Sentry so you can immediately capture bugs like this without having to rely on users to manually report them for you
