Thanks for getting in touch! I have removed the audio from this sentence, and it will be recorded correctly again soon. The text was correct, with をも highlighting the emphasis in a similar way to さえ.

“data is not ready” bug occurs any time I select the"learn" button in the bunpro app. Tried closing, refreshing, etc.

Yes, effectively the issue is that the y-axis for the grammar portion of the chart is the sum of grammar + vocab reviews. This makes the chart difficult to read without hovering as the grammar potion isn’t at the correct y-axis.

Without hovering, taking a look at my chart for Sunday 13th - you’d get the impression I must have done just under 50 grammar reviews:

However, once hovering you can see the grammar dot is actually too high - I actually completed only 12 grammar reviews that day:

What I’d be expecting is that the y-axis for the grammar reviews is at 12 for Sunday 13th, which is why I’d consider it to be a bug/defect as the wrong value is being assigned.

Guess the ghost reviews are the problem.
I found out that by reloading the deck sites, for example the N5 vocab deck page, until it shows the correct number of reviews in the upper right section (around 4-5 reloads), i’ll get only the correct reviews from then on and can clear the deck.
After i’ve done this to all my decks, all the remaining reviews where ghosts.

Maybe this helps, or is it supposed to behave like this?!

When I push the learn button on a deck, it also opens the deck list in another tab.

It does open the learning new function. I just would prefer it didn’t open the Bunpro N4 [Vocab] - Japanese Grammar Explained | Bunpro page also.

Does this search bar actually do anything? I tried clicking enter or the magnifying glass, but nothing is changing the list view.

It is 9 am PST Tuesday, but Bunpro online thinks it’s still Monday and Bunpro App has only just accepted that it’s Tuesday despite having done reviews about an hour ago. Admittedly I normally live in CST, but yeah I’m having major Panic issues over my Streak going away because the timing the app is accepting is all over the place. Somehow I haven’t lost it despite the app saying I missed a day a few days ago. Though the website says I didn’t pics related showing today’s date and the app showing all sorts of different information


Looks like it’s broken!
I think it had something to do with the new color update.

My ghost count suddenly seems way too high. There is a new category, " ゴーストを退治した!", which don’t seem to actually be ghosts (former ghosts, I guess), which appears to be included in the count.

Hey! This looks to be working properly now. Are you still seeing that amount or is it back to normal?

Summary

There was a small window where all the ghosts got out but we put our gear on, grabbed our plasma inductors and hopped into the Ectomobile and everything is back to normal

I am having this problem too, someone PMed me about it but their suggestion didn’t work and I haven’t heard back from anyone again. I emailed a few days ago too and nobody got back to me.

The timezone in my account is set up correctly, but it looks like the new dashboard is based on a different timezone?

(It is currently the 16th where I am (screenshot above taken today), and I woke up to having 0 reviews completed on the 15th, which is not correct since I also did reviews yesterday. I did a couple reviews as a test and the review count for the 15th increased.)

ETA: Also possible that the days are just entirely off by 1. I’ll test again later tonight :slight_smile:

Is something going on with the audio recordings right now, like some update? The grammar recordings seem fine but it appears almost all or all of the vocab recordings are not playing.

Yep! We are fixing some of the tts issues where things like 日本 were read as にっぽん. Everything should be back and in better shape soon.

New user here. Been trying to use the iOS app since yesterday. Similar to what two other users have reported, it says that it has to download all assets before I can begin. I’ve left it open several hours to no avail. I’ve also tried to hit reset app data, but the progress bar looks like the below and never advances past that (it also STARTS at that position, not the beginning, as far as I can tell). I can still hit cancel and try again, so obviously the app is not frozen. I have tried on wifi and mobile data both, and tried uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

They got back to me today and said they are releasing a fix for this in a few days or so!
