@wwboyer Nice find! Thank you for letting us know. We will get that corrected ASAP! Cheers!
@Pushindawood There is a small styling issue with unlearned items on Lessons and Grammar pages, at least in the classic dark theme. Basically the style that highlights the background and changes the Japanese text to English isnât triggered in quite the same way as changing the text from white to black. So if you put the mouse just on the edge of the unlearned grammar point, the text will stay white. For example:
Hi, the iOS app has been broken for a few days now. Itâs just stuck loading reviews. Maybe due to a recent update on the server?
On my saga of problems with shorcut, now seems F doesnât want to work during reviews.
Iâd like to second that the iOS app has stopped working
ăŽă§ page is broken. Can only see the top and it wonât scroll.
@onimitch and @gavia Thank you for your feedback! Did the recent TestFlight update fix the problem? Thank you for your patience! Cheers!
@madmalkav Are you still experiencing this issue? Would you mind telling us what browser/OS you are using so that we can pinpoint the problem? We apologize for the inconvenience! Cheers!
@veryslowlearner We are unable to reproduce this issue on our end. Would you mind telling us your browser and OS information so that we can figure out what may be causing it? Thank you! Cheers.
F is working OK now on reviews. Also, on reviews cursors keys move OK, but in lessons they still jump two tabs instead of one. Iâm using Firefox 62 on Majanro Linux.
@madmalkav Thank you for your reply. We will do our best to get this sorted out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience. Cheers!
Thanks for caring so much, but I feel terrible seeing you working on a Sunday. It can wait to a weeksday
Yep latest iOS version is working again now, thanks
I have 2 reviews that donât ever load . . . Tried a few things like logging out and back in, changing themes a few times because it started after the major update. It also always has the âFINISHâ option available. Right now itâs just an annoyance because I can finish any set of reviews larger than 2. Thank you for your time edit: oh and the counter in the actual review window always shows thereâs actually 0 reviews.
Safari/OS X Yosemite
When doing reviews, after submitting your answer you can view all of the example sentences for that grammar point. However you cannot toggle furigana for the kanji in those example sentences.
Since the iOS beta ugrade on Saturday, Iâve been unable to âAdd to Reviewâ or just go through my review items. I can still go through listsâŚis anyone else having problems?
@Rewdan We apologize for the inconvenience! We were unable to reproduce the issue you are having on our end, but have made some adjustments to improve reviews. If you are still experiencing the issue, please let us know. Thank you for your patience. Cheers!
@seanblue The furigana toggling and auto-scrolling issues in the example sentences that appear in reviews should be fixed. Please let us know if you continue to experience any problems. Cheers!
@s1212z The iOS developer is working on getting this sorted out. Thank you for your patience. Cheers! Edit: The latest update should have fixed this issue. Please let us know if you continue to experience any issues.
@Pushindawood During reviews, if you edit your answer in the middle of the text you already typed, it jumps to the end of the input box after converting to kana. This issue in wanakana was fixed almost a year ago. When you get a chance, could you upgrade to the latest version of wanakana so this issue goes away?
@Pushindawood The bug still exists on small screens that you canât search for grammar items where the text is cut off on the screen (for example, âpotentialâ). Itâs incredibly inconvenient.
In your latest changelog, you say that all N3 grammar points have 12 example sentences and questions, but N3 Lesson 2 2/17 only has three. In fact, N3 Lesson 2 2/17 is a repeat of N4 Lesson 8 1/15, where it has plenty of examples. Could this have been overlooked at some point?
@Pushindawood You should really just pull off the bandaid and delete those duplicate grammar points. Itâs just going to get worse by putting it off.
