I can’t replicate it given those instructions 
Some quick questions:
- You didn’t empty the input box and then save? That would delete the note.
- Do you have any browser plugins installed?
- What browser are you using?

Hi, the other day I had no reviews to do (I’m taking things slow) and it seems like that ended my study streak! I don’t mind, but I imagine some people might. Just a heads up

That’s unfortunate…
Using the Cram system will keep the streak, but it’s definitely not very obvious.
Also an FYi for ya, you can use the Set Streak feature on the Reset Settings page to manually change your streak if you think you’ve been cheated.

While studying new grammar I’ve found that I can’t click on grammar points to have a popup of them linking to their page anymore, is this a change I don’t know about or a bug or a personal issue on my end?

I seem to be having issues with the Furigana again.
Now I can’t click on the words to manually turn them on or off.
It feels like it might be related to the issue above mine…

I tried the audio cram of N4 grammar.
The sentence “彼らは来週日本へ行きます” didn’t play audio… until I clicked the gear and changed the voice to male.

Hi! I’m trying to add more vocab to my reviews from a deck, but when I press learn i just get this screen:
I’m nowhere near finishing this deck and I’ve never reset, so it shouldn’t be any issues with that. I can still add vocab from the deck manually.
And it looks like this on the website:
Could be related?
After adding 5 reviews from my grammar deck the counter is now showing -216, so I guess the values are somehow being mixed up between decks.
It appears like the space between the lines is a bit too big in the middle here?

That is the space of the Furigana, although it’s disabled, the space remains.

Ok, I think here I now really have something: It appears like the vacation mode that I activated for the time I didn’t have an active subscription messed my items a bit up
This is how the reviews for all my Beginner 3 items are timed:

For my other SRS stages, it’s similar: For all the Adept items, my next review is in over 20 days (which shouldn’t be possible), and for Seasoned 1, the next reviews of my items are all in more than 20 days, although the highest one should be 14 days? For Seasoned 2, I can’t really say anything, but since they’re all in one month, I guess that one is ok…
