Like others, having problems turning vacation mode off. I just want to do a few reviews then turn it back on again

When I use the slider to turn it off, the text still says that vacation mode is on and it’s impossible to do any reviews:

EDIT: A solution seems to be accessing reviews directly by entering the URL immediately after clicking the slider, instead of going via the dashboard

EDIT 2: Can’t get that to work even and vacation mode seems impossible to turn off right now. (I did later manage it somehow!)

This is an error with the application itself, not the platform.

There was a long(ish) delay and then finally this error page.

Just now I tried it again (same url) and the search returned just fine, as expected. So, it was one-off, but it happened.

I’ve actually had this page show up 3 times now. A refresh will eventually make it go away, but there’s definitely something up with the site. Hopefully the BunPro team can figure it out, if they haven’t already.

Now study streak is back to 1 because I guess vacation mode didn’t turn off correctly If it’s possible to work out what my study streak really is, I would appreciate it. If not, I’ll make my best guess and try to put it back. Hoping vacation mode will turn back on this time when I try it now!

You could try using your heatmap to count this manually. That is of course assuming you did an SRS review everyday instead of just cramming.

Yip, but I dont think it would show on the heatmap if you were to say cram once and extend your streak, but not actually do a review.

-I was reviewing vocab only when my phone went from night to day mode at 9am.
The webapp refreshed but my session then included all reviews, meaning grammar too.

-Clicking on "summary"in the cram section leads to the “internal error” page if you never crammed anything before. Yeah, I did that…

-Searching in Vocab sometimes does strange things with kanji. Like you would only find 気を確かに if you typed たしかに.

I have a weird issue today - I added 3 new points to my reviews. I then did those 3 reviews.
On the main screen, my total number of reviews for n4 increased with 3, as it should.

But if I open the N4 deck, there is no SRS stage for those 3 points (the red stamp + SRS stage is missing).

I then removed those 3 points and added them again, but no new reviews appeared.

I then added another point to the reviews, 1 new review appeared, but for that point the 'red stamp + SRS stage) also does not appear in the Deck overview.

When I then refreshed the N4 deck page, the 3 points I added to my reviews are unselected again, when I click on the 3 dots I get the option to add them to my reviews again.

I now tried multiple times to add those reviews - when I add them an ‘SRS 0’ appears in the Deck overview, when I refresh that page they’re marked as ‘not added’, when I click the 3 dots I can add them again. But again after a refresh they’re marked as unadded.

As you can see in the screenshots, those points are in my review stage yet are unmarked in my Deck overview.
Also strange: I did one review for とされている , that one is at beginner 2 stage after doing 1 review.
I also did reviews for the other 3 in the screenshot below but those remain at Beginner 1.

Edit - it’s an issue with the website only, in my app these points do show up as being added.
Also the app says I added 175 items for N4, the website says 174.

Edit 2- somehow everything is working normal again. I assume it was a temporary hickup with the site?

I know you guys are taking some time off of bug reports, but I wanna put this here for when you resume looking at them. When learning vocab items in the N5 deck, if I mark an item as mastered, it seems to reduce the items to learn by 2 instead of one.

Adding onto this, I found out that the same is also true for grammar (I accidentally marked a grammar point as mastered and then I had only 3 left in my batch)

Thanks - I can remember how much lower my streak is than my number of days studied, but that’s a nice way of verifying it!

Totally giving up with trying to turn vacation mode off now though. I must have tried to turn it off more than 100 times over the last couple of days and all that has happened is that my streak has gone back to 1 again. I just hope that at some point in the future it will be possible to turn it off and do some reviews again.

I both hit 100 streak, and lost my streak 2 days ago. What?
I would like to set some vocabulary to SRS seasoned, and change my streak back to 100.

How do I do in the app?

Those features aren’t available in the app yet, you’ll have to use the mobile bunpro.jp website if you want to do it all on your phone in the meantime!

I found this happened when I started the cram/review with an internet connection, but then lost that connection at some point before resuming the reviews. Maybe that happened to you as well.

Finished n2, but it still offered to learn from the deck. click learn and it directs me to set my level to n1 to learn new items. Click continue and after a loading page it says the same thing again for the next level cycling through all of them not a big deal just thought I’d share. It did change my target to n1, and after removing the finished n2 deck it’s as it should be
