Feedback - Bug Reports

Community/forum has changed to have a red accent (I’m normally on the blue accent).

Yeah, the same is for me: I have red, but I’m usually on Purple. I’m not sure if that is the intended behaviour, though

Same here, though I would not think of this as a bug.

This change comes with the separation of the community page from the main page, as the Home, Reviews and Lessons buttons have disappeared. So that now, you can still go from the main page to the community page but you cannot go back from the community page to the main page.

What’s the reset trigger supposed to be for daily learning in the Android app? Mine is still “complete” from yesterday.

WHY WHY WHY
Why is my forums page all red! Who did this! I have not adopted communism! Inform me how to get my cool blue colour back at haste! This is abuse!

Yes, I have the exact same problem. I’ve been emailing them and they’ve been ignoring me for days. Why did I upgrade to the paid version if this was going to happen? :expressionless:

Did they ever help you with this? It is seriously delaying my studies.

I am using the Android version. I upgraded to the paid version, and now none of my reviews show up. It is like I am a new member. This is seriously interfering with my learning. When, if ever, is this going to be addressed? Do I need to cancel my membership in order to get it working again?

and @envinite I believe your account should properly reflect the review timings.

The issue was caused with a bug that essentially gave you a long free trial when using only the mobile app.

When that bug was fixed and you upgraded the mismatch in the end of your recorded trial and the end of your actual trial caused your reviews to be adjusted incorrectly. I used the data from your review history to set the reviews to how they should have been had you been subscribed the whole time.

@bunnypro @NeoArcturus @Pablunpro

The default themes for dark and light were changed to the Bunpro default of Red. There is an option for light/dark blue however.

This is accessible under your User Settings → Preferences → Interface → Theme

These are still undergoing improvement and depending on whether users would like it or not, we might bring the various Bunpro themes over so you can choose which colors you want.

Update, was able to work around through web. The changes I tried to save on app reflected on the web, despite not showing on the app. Adjusting the numbers on web, saving, changing back to previous number and saving again updated what was shown on the Android app (previously shown 0/0 for both decks). Note-first adjustment and save reflected on app, had to do twice to revert to the amounts I wanted

Thanks - changed to dark blue :slightly_smiling_face:
I kinda liked the old look, but I think I can get used to the new look too.

Thank you very much. :bowing_man:

Looking forward to the Bunpro themes, if you finally decide to bring them over.

Hi, many parts of the mobile site have become much slower for me since last week’s update. Everything feels very sluggish and animations seem to play at around 3 FPS. This happens at least on the dashboard and reviews pages, and even the main page when I’m not logged in. The user profile, cram and the list of all grammar points pages are fine, although if I open any specific grammar item, it gets slow again.

I’m using Firefox for Android. On Chrome it’s much better, but it still feels slower than it used to be on Firefox. When I navigate to the dashboard on Chrome, the loading circle is choppy at first, but after a second or two the page runs at normal speed. On Firefox it never gets better.

Even on a 13 years old laptop, the performance of Firefox is fine. So I thought I’d try the desktop site on my Android phone, but that was even slower than the mobile version.

I have this same issue, also on Firefox, but on Windows 11. I have this in the cram as well, though.

I at first thought that this is because of my Wifi, but if others have it as well, the reason might be a different one.
