Do you remember which page this was happening on?

Either way, Yomichan was no longer being worked on starting well over a year ago now. I would highly recommend installing the Yomitan fork instead which is getting worked on consistently with more improvements.

Either way, pages seem to work fine like normal with Yomitan installed on my end.

I think it was a problem with Firefox from an update last week (sorry, only noticed a couple of days after posting). I seemed to have all sorts of small problems when I would use my VPN with Firefox (bangs not working on DuckDuckGo for example). Using the VPN with any other browser had no issues and using Firefox without the VPN had no issues. After updating Firefox again, everything has been resolved. So, no issues on your side.

It was the entirety of the site, but started working again about 6 hours after I posted this.
I didn’t know Yomichan was no longer supported, so I’ll move over to Yomitan!

not a bug just a typo (unless its intentional but i dont think so) in the のも当然だ lesson.image
it says “t’s” instead of “it’s”

minor bug on the forum :
if you set your level to off next to your profile picture, it comes back when you level up

After every review, it says your trial or subs seems to have expired but i dont see any option to subscribe. I thought its because of wanikani, so i removed api key and reset data but it still says same thing. Help!

Not a huge bug, but I noticed something weird with cram (I think that’s what this is) today.

I was using Google Chrome on a PC.

From the homepage I clicked “content,” “grammar,” “select grammar” and picked some points to study.

Let’s say I selected three grammar points. When I clicked “study,” the counter at the top would display “1/3”, but then all of the points would flash by in quick succession, (“2/3,” “3/3”). Afterwards, I would be given three different grammar points than the ones I selected.

I tried this a couple of times and had the same result.

Just want to add on that I am also having connection issues and long load times from Tokyo. I feel like it has been worse the past few days , with popups regularly asking me to resubmit during review sessions (I forgot exactly what they said ><)

Came here because my reviews also aren’t loading. T_T Refreshing the page worked a couple of times but now I’m getting an error message almost immediately…
“Retrieval Error
There was a problem getting your study questions. Please reload the page to try again.
If the problem persists, please contact us.”

Edit: reviews working again… for now???

@Enerccio @Eldekvist It looks like there was a slow down. Everything should be back to normal as of about 4hrs ago. I will look into what might have caused the slow response times in that window.

In the past week we have resolved a couple issues that increased the overall site speed considerably but will keep investigating and working to patch requests that are slow.
