Strange error I have never experienced! Everytime I come to this question I have to bail on the rest of the review session, otherwise I will refresh and it takes me back to Dashboard. Check it out:

Likely related to the issues already reported, but the page for https://bunpro.jp/grammar_points/ćŖ悉 was returning 500 errors yesterday (~19:30 JST) and is now returning 404s instead.

Hey, bumping this again, since it seems to keep getting passed over without a response:

It appears the WK sync is broken. Iā€™ve had items sync as seasoned when they should have synced as master despite multiple sync as master.

This is preventing my ability to use the Bunpro reviews for vocab as I have 100s of duplicate reviews from content Iā€™ve already studied in Wanikani that will get in the way. Deduplicating my work from Wanikani was one of the major reasons I used Bunpro for vocab in the first place, so itā€™s rather important for me that this gets fixed.

Seconded, even turning off daily sync and doing it manually isnā€™t updating my vocab anymore.

My account seems to be bugged. I have a review item that shows up on my phone and desktop versions of the page, but it will never load the review. When I had multiple items in my review queue, if it tried to load whatever this random item is, it would lock up and I would have to go back into the reviews and hope I didnā€™t get it. I brute forced my way to having just that one item left, but I really donā€™t want to do this again.

Issues with holiday mode.

Anyone else have this?

When I turn holiday mode off after a period of a few days or a week, my review pile is massive, just the same as it would have been if I hadnā€™t turned on holiday mode. Essentially, it has no functionā€¦ (except for ā€˜preserving streakā€™ which has no relevance to my learning lolz).

Does holiday mode on Bunpro not work like it does on wanikani? i.e. pause the SRS system?

Hi, when did you exit vacation mode last? We have made some updates over the last couple of days that should have fixed any bugs

This was due to a bugged Review on your account.
Iā€™ve fixed this and the bugged item (途äø­ć«) is showing up in your queue again.

Hi,

I wanted to have the daily sync, and I set it since the introduction of the feature, however my level did not go up. Today I clicked sync now, and it gave me all the experience which I believe I should be getting gradually everyday. Am I doing something wrong? I have 31 WK level if that helps.

Audio doesnā€™t work for me since yesterday. :sob:

Does it happen on mobile? App?
Just to be sure, is volume not set to 0, and audio is not muted in any way?
Do you have TTS (text to speech) disabled in settings? (Vocab audio uses TTS, its possible to turn them off)
Where does it not work? In reviews, or when showing grammar/vocab?

It happens on browser.
My audio is fine, I thought my headset was broken but its working everywhere else except here.
I noticed it first when I was doing my reviews but now I just went and checked on individual grammar and vocabulary pages and its not working.
One thing I noticed is that the little player thing, the ā€œbarā€ shows like its playing, but the amount of seconds remains the same, so its like its not playing at all. I donā€™t know if Iā€™m explaining properly :sweat_smile:

@Delley I just checked in firefox and the audio played for me. Could you please let me know a specific grammar point/vocab or two where it isnā€™t working for you? That should help us better troubleshoot.
