Everything seems to be working now. I updated my browser this morning and it works so I think it was a glitch or something

Yes it actually happens only when I want to insert my original name: LDR66, but if I put anything else it works perfectly, so not sure what’s the issue

Ahhh I think it’s because we don’t allow numbers in names on the backend when submitting, but it allows them on the actual site.
I’ve pushed a fix for this now.
Will be out in the coming days!

Yesterday I’ve changed Review Queuing to Daily (3 AM) and clicked the Update All button, but today after finishing all reviews the Forecast shows 7 more are coming later today.
Is this right?
I’d expect all reviews to be forecast for Tomorrow, and none for Later today.
Edit: I’ve remembered there’s also this widget in the profile:
It shows 24 reviews “in 16 hours”, which corresponds to 3 AM.
So in total the inconsistencies are:
- all today’s reviews are done, expecting new reviews only tomorrow
- Forecast shows 7 reviews later today
- Upcoming reviews shows 2 reviews later today
- Upcoming reviews shows Next Review Now
- Forecast shows 29 reviews tomorrow
- Upcoming reviews shows 24 reviews at 3 am tomorrow

Coincidentally both に至っては and 手前 are points where I have custom sentences, so at least the thing with Upcoming Reviews could be related to that.

Activated vacation two times since I started Bunpro in June. Both times the amount of reviews I had when deactivating it was abnormally high (not so high as in it didn’t work at all, but more like 24h of reviews somehow accumulated while on vacation mode).
I activated vacation mode almost 10 days ago between 2 and 3pm and I had I think 0 review in my queue (or a handful), and I deactivated it today between 2 and 3pm and found 35 reviews in my queue. Similar thing happened in July when I also activated it for around 10 days.

The system only affects new Reviews and old ones after you Review them.

Sorry I’m confused now. The text next to “Update All” button is “Change all existing reviews to start of the day”.
So after pressing it, are existing reviews not expected to change?
I don’t think UI shows either review history, or SRS interval of a specific custom sentence, but I think both were reviewed earlier same day and got an 8 hour interval (instead of being scheduled for next morning as I would prefer).
Regardless, the situation today:
- before starting reviews, Forecast for “later” was 0 - OK
- after doing a dozen reviews, Forecast for “later” shows 3 - NG
- Upcoming Reviews does not yet show any reviews that I could identify as those 3, there are only reviews for Now and In 17 hours (3 AM). This might be due to this view being grouped by grammar point.
Not sure if it’s actually a bug, but in the previous N decks, the example sentences did not include “{ }”

Since a recent update on the mobile app, the display language keeps resetting to English, even when set to Japanese…
What I mean is that when I open up the app, it’ll be displayed in English, even though when I go to the settings Japanese is still the selected option. Swapping to English then back to Japanese works, but I have to do that every time I open it to have the app display in Japanese.

I am unable to deactivate vacation mode. If I use the link from the homepage to access the vacation mode setting, the button will turn gray but will load indefinitely. If I go into my settings and try to deactivate it, the button will stay purple, the loading ring will appear for a few seconds, then go away.

In the dashboard of the mobile version you cannot see your JLPT progress with vocab, only with grammar.
This is an example of how it looks on the web version
Next to “JLPT Progress” there is a little arrow to change between vocab, grammar and grammar&vocab progress. That arrow is absent in the mobile version.

Further to this, you cannot exit the app with the Back button of the navigation bar. You have to use the Home button instead.

Any one else get a bunch of “phantom” vocab reviews in their queue today? I haven’t been studying any vocab (just been doing N4 grammar) but all of a sudden have 20+ vocab reviews.
