We removed this intentionally.

Also, when getting a review wrong, and then leaving the review session (by clicking the exit button), are they supposed to just stay in the review pile? If I have to leave, do my wrong answers get ignored?

Nothing gets ignored!
The SRS increment/decrement will still happen as expected.

The wrong answers will appear in your next Review as normal.

We’re implementing a new TTS system that will be more accurate, and more easy to regenerate (fix) wrong readings.

Until then, if you leave a Report through the website, one of the Content Team members will delete the audio in the interim :+1:

I also have not been able to get any vocab ghosts to form recently. I’ve played around with all the ghost settings, tried (un)intentionally getting things wrong. iOS or web doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Hello, for two weeks my app (v.0.4.12+291) hasn’t been able to show post-review Crams.
It gets stuck on this screen with no way forward. Refresh sends me back to review results.


What can I do?

Yeah, I’ve been having the same issue for some time. Another person was saying the same thing a few messages above.

What I ended up doing is disabling ghosts and creating them manually whenever I get something wrong that meets my criteria. It doesn’t take much time and makes sure I actually get all the ghosts I should be getting.

How do you manually create ghosts?

You just click the three little dots next to the exemple sentence you want to create one from, and then there is the option.

Small bug, but I often visit Japan, and the system will bug out coming back, and I’ll lose a day and streak when coming back over the date line.

It says it’s November 2nd even though I’m back in America and it’s the 1st here.

To be specific, I boarded the plane at 10:30pm on the 1st in Japan, and since my phone was in Airplane mode, we passed into the 2nd as far as my phone’s time was considered.

Then when I landed in the US, it was the 1st again, but my BunPro is still saying it’s the second.

As a developer, Date/Time considerations are some of the biggest pains (especially with daylights savings) so I can understand if this is working as intended and the application doesn’t allow time travel.

I tried to turn vacation mode off, but the process has been stuck at 86.3% for over 8 hours. I presume the reason it broke is because I have more review items than is normal.

I’d love to know what to do in this situation. It’s unclear from the page’s text whether or not navigating away or refreshing will mess up my Bunpro data, but I can’t keep the tab running longer than this. Running in Firefox 144.0 on macOS Tahoe 26.0.

You can manually fix your streak until this is fixed in your settings

I had がてら in my last review session twice (I have no ghosts). It only shows one in my post-review summary screen, not sure if the sentence was the same both times or not.

Spelling mistake in the second sentence of the yellow text on this grammar point (し). Shows when entering とか as an answer.

You can submit bug reports by going to the bottom of the Settings (cog) menu during your Reviews!

Seems like this Ghost bug is really pooing in everyone’s cornflakes.
Gonna try get it fixed now.

Just some quick questions for ya’ll three:

  1. Are you exclusively using web or the Android/iOS apps?
  2. Do you have any special (especially Ghost-related) settings active?
    • E.g. the Minimum SRS For Ghosts setting
