Every time I look at these dots, it takes me about 3 minutes of dragging my finger all over the place to figure out what they are for.

(It’s because the panel on the left has two types of graph that you can scroll through)

Could we:

a) move them under the panel on the left?
b) make them respond to a direct tap or drag so that the graphs switch when you interact with them?

Either one (or both) will help me to stop scratching my head next time!

It is now stored on the user instead of in local storage

I think a lot of my reviews got auto completed? In my activity it states that I did 250 reviews on Friday the 28th but as I was tired and traveling I’m pretty sure I didn’t do that many. The other days seem to be correct though.

I had terrible internet when I did the reviews, like 0.2 mbit/s, could that have caused some issues? I was using the offical app.

Item counts on Cram summary screens seem incorrect. My session (ID 619756), for example, shows this while studying:

But this on the summary screen:

I suspect the gray bar is counting missed + remaining, instead of just remaining.

Using the app on Android, and I’m not seeing any ghost reviews (I usually have it set to minimal ghost reviews, but even on regular ghost reviews no ghosts are created).
I’m not entirely sure how long this has been going on, but I think it started a couple months ago.

This is also the case even on the latest update.

Yeah it’s been an issue for a while. I gave up and am generating ghosts myself when needed, it’s not that much longer and even better suited to my own needs.

Could you try using ‘resync all’ in settings?
Does it help?

When I visited Japan last month, I did some offline reviews on the plane with the iOS app, and then the next time I connected to the internet my “days studied” counter had jumped up to over 500, despite the fact I’ve been using Bunpro for less than a year. I’m not sure if it was the change in timezone that did this?

Looking into it, but there was a bug previously when some reviews were not showing properly in review queue.
Might be those reviews coming all at once.

Oh, there was no problem with my reviews themselves! It’s just that the “days studied” counter now thinks I have been studying for much longer than I actually have. My streak jumped up by several hundred too, but I broke it since then. I also unlocked the badges for all these fake milestones.

The bug doesn’t really harm any study functionality, I just can’t use the counters as an accurate marker of my progress anymore.

I can’t find anything called ‘Resync All’ in Settings. Do you mean ‘Update All Reviews’ under the Reviews Settings? I did try that, then I did some reviews and I got ghosts… but I was using the browser version and not the app.

I also noticed in the Reviews settings that ‘Minimum SRS For Ghosts (Grammar)’ appears twice.

In the iOS app, I am able to see furigana in vocabulary hints, but not in grammar hints.

I can’t quite remember if this is a regression bug, or it has always been this way.

In any case, it would be great to see furigana in vocab hints too.

does anyone else sometimes have bunpro just randomly stop playing audio during reviews?

Web or app?
It will stop playing after going to the next question, but aside from that, it shouldn’t!

@veritas_nz on the web, it often happens that my reviews will stop playing audio for the entire session, and today even when I exited and rejoined the session it persisted :thinking:
