Hi! Thanks for the reply. I already adjusted my streak manually but I was asking about the bug that caused me to lose my day even though I studied on it. I was hoping to fix the graphic, although I guess it doesn’t matter since it passed already. However it might be worth looking into because I don’t think improperly turning off vacation mode should have triggered the day of study to not be recognised. Thank you!

My answer in hiragana is the same as the expected answer… But I still get the response that it is incorrect!

Hey, just checked this one out! It looks like you answered with かいにいきましょうか (rather than the correct answer あいにいきましょうか) , and then hit the “A” key or “see answer”, so the proper answer is displayed in the answer box.

When will the iOS app badges be fixed? The notification badge showing count of pending reviews doesn’t appear until the app is clicked on and opened.

This is a side effect of our authentication system being a bit clunky.
Nothing went wrong it’s just bad UX.
It’s on our list of things to fix soon though!

I made a topic, but I figured I could post it here as well, though I don’t know if it’s really a bug.
I apologize in advance if this has been asked before or if I misunderstood something (which happens a lot), but here’s my problem:
This is something I noticed a while back that I never gave too much thought, but as I advance and start seeing a lot of words with similar kanji that have different readings, it’s kind of bothering me now (just a little lol). Whenever I get a new word with a kanji I’ve already seen before, furigana does’t show up, even though the readings are different and the option is turned on in my settings.
For example, the words 会う and 会社 have the kanji 会. Now, if I get 会う first and then turn off furigana, next time I see 会社 it won’t have furigana as well, even though they’re different readings and even if it’s the first time I see 会社. I tested this using the vocab page for each:
Is this an expected behavior? If so, is there an option to show/hide furigana just for that particular word instead of the kanji itself?

not too sure, maybe my account is compensated by the bunpro team in some way, but my bunpro level, and the community level do not align. (bunpro is 96, and community is 91)

I had that happen to me too, at exactly the same level as you, strangely. For me, the solution was to go to preferences and set that “flair” thing to the correct level. When I was lv96, for some reason both 91 and 96 appeared as selectable options.
[Edit] Wow, I just realised I posted a screenshot that had my email address in it lol. I’ve removed it for now. I’m sure you can find the flair setting on your Preferences page.

I mined this from a movie (the character who was called this way, really had it coming)
the subtitle was in katakana
if I search the katakana, it doesn’t find it.
yomitan lists the kanji as an alternative, typically not used form
if I search for the kanji version, bunpro finds it
the katakana version is listed as an alternative on the detail page
expected behaviour: searching for the katakana form, should yield the result, since it’s listed as one of the forms.

I had the flair option when I was level 101, but now that I’m 102, it seems to have disappeared, so I can’t update my level.
Either that or I’m blind and can’t see it at all!
