I notice problem with audio sometimes on BP too, using the same safari (although macOS 10.13.6 for me currently). It seems to happen to me if I’m doing several points in a row, so by the time I ask it to load the 25th audio file or so in a fairly short time (half an hour or less). So if I do 3 grammar points together, by the time I listen to the sentence audios for the third grammar point, the audio have trouble loading. Last time this happened (also first time in a while because I haven’t been doing many lessons…), a refresh of the page was enough to get them to load, thankfully.
Furigana can be toggled now, but the input field refocus doesn’t work anymore (mobile browser).

I think this probably counts as a bug…
I had close to an 80 day streak going, did a review or two last night and again this morning. I logged in around 8PM today (Pacific Daylight Time), did a review, and noticed my streak is completely gone. Apparently it isn’t showing any of the reviews I did over the last 24 hours.
I know the hours when Bunpro counts days don’t line up with my timezone exactly, but did something recently change with the timing of when a new day is counted for a study streak?
Not sure if this was just a one off thing, but just had some reviews repeat and the number of reviews go into the negatives during a single session. Using Windows 10 with Chrome.
For example sentences, clicking Show English
shows the sentence and the hint, but you have to separately click the sentence and the hint to hide each part. Shouldn’t clicking one hide both?
Here’s a fun one. When you add a grammar point (but without reloading the page), every time you check or uncheck a reading it duplicates the buttons.

Sometimes my check-marks in the readings section of a grammar point won’t save. I’ll check the resources I read, leave the page and come back to see that some of them were un-checked.
Sorry it took me so long. I had a slew of updates/additions that took me longer to implement than I had anticipated. The refocus is now fixed.
@ungerc If you look here https://bunpro.jp/user/profile/reset are you able to recalculate your streak in the correct time zone?

I haven’t since I posted.
It works now, but way slower than before. On mobile, when toggling furigana, the keyboard disappears for a moment and then pops up again after a second or two. Before the refocus feature broke, it worked instantly, the keyboard didn’t disappear, there was no interruption.
Any chance to fix the refocus so that it works as before?

This might probably already be known, or I’m just an idiot.
I love the feature of being able to stripe off the reading sources that you have completed.
However, I seem to be getting a bug where my marked-off reading sources become unmarked for some reason. I’m 100% sure all of these were marked yesterday.
Am I supposed to press some save button somewhere? Or is this a genuine bug?
Thanks admin for replying. I tried recalculating my streak based on my time zone as suggested. Now when I try to open the “RESET” tab, I get an error message:
“We’re sorry, but something went wrong.
If you are the application owner check the logs for more information.”
Same message shows up when I try to open my reviews as well, so BunPro is basically completely unusable now. That’s sure to kill the ol’ streak! I should probably stop worrying so much about it
EDIT: I was able to change the timezone via the “settings” tab. Unfortunately however, every time I try to press the “recalculate streak” button, all it does is revert the timezone to default and make the reviews, lessons, and reset tabs all inaccessible. Strange…
I’m getting the same error now after I tried resetting my streak, too. When I open the RESET tab, I get the same error message that @ungerc indicated.

@Anthropos888 The community link should be working now. The refocus should be back to its former speed.
@Pep95 is this when viewing a normal grammar point or when viewed through one of the Path textbook routes?
I have fixed the issue with the “Show English” button & then hiding the nuance and translation separately.
Can’t create notes
Sorry if this has already been mentioned - I can’t create notes in some of the lessons. Or I think it has saved my notes and I go back and they have disappeared. This is really frustrating. The same thing happened in my trial period but I thought when I subscribed it might be ok.
For example, Genki I 2nd Edition Chapter 8: 2/6 I can’t create notes. And the previous entry it did create a note but then it disappeared.
I simply search for the item in my grammar list and click on it. For all methods of searching for the grammar, no ticks are shown in the Reading section.
