I’m having the same problem. Can’t do reviews, it’s stuck saying “Loading reviews.”
@drew671 @EdBunpro I am looking into it. Seems to only be happening on Firefox. Is that the case for you guys too?
Nah, I’m on Brave. Just did a quick test with Edge and that’s broken too from the look of things
Thanks for looking into it!
Ye, whatever browser I try using doesnt change much, so doesnt seem to be browser-specific. Sadly I have no clue about the workings of websites so its hard for me to provide any more details than “not working”
I was able to replicate it on chrome now too.
I’m so glad I’m not the only person experiencing this problem. One thing I want to point out is it that it’s not just randomly cutting me off when I do get it to work, it acts like I used the “wrap up” feature. I thought I just kept accidentally pressing “Wrap Up”, but that’s not the case.
@drew671 @EdBunpro @Yryrdz I believe it should be fixed now. There were typos in 3 study questions from when we added the kanji answer that were causing the error.
It’s still not working for me, I’m afraid.
How about now? Sorry for the trouble!
Seems to be working for me now, great! Thanks a lot for the quick help. Hope it doesnt reappear right after I say this though
I consistently get JSON parsing errors while reviewing.
This is what /study endpoint returns:
{"reviews":"[]","ghost_reviews":"[]","user_reviews":"[]","bookmarks":[],"more_reviews":"false","count":4}
This is what frontend code does:
JSON.parse(t.bookmarks)
But the bookmarks key contains an array, not a json string.
It was working for a while and then stopped working again in the middle after thirty or so reviews. edit: There’s a pretty clear pattern here where if I take a break and come back in around an hour or so, I can use it for a little bit. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s more reviews to do or what, but it’s certainly what is happening.
edit: three hours later I seem to be fine, thank you for the relatively quick fix
I can confirm it’s working again for me. Thanks for the quick feedback!
Hey Bunpro team - I’ve got an odd bug. My free trial ended last night, but when I logged on to buy a subscription this morning I noticed that the timeframe for my free trial is increasing again with every hour - currently it says ‘You have about 19 hours left on your free trial. Subscription Options’.
Whilst this is beneficial to me (free access for longer whoo!) you guys worked hard on this tool and I don’t want you to miss out on subscription $$
It’ll fix itself shortly after (not sure if it’s 24 hours later or a few more days).
ah yes it’s switched now, ty!
I didn’t notice the text in the bottom left was a link until I hovered over it. Maybe rewording it would make it more obvious that it’s a link? I’ve never seen a link there (I think) so I haven’t associated that blue text with a link.
For me it’s the opposite - it says my subscription expired even though the automatic payment was done on Saturday. Now I can’t do my reviews.
