I think a feature that allows you to pick an srs level would be really useful-especialy for vocab-so that when you are learning new vocab, theres a multi choice on whether you know the word, know it a little, or not at all, and then it adjusts the srs level accordingly
Japanese conjugation tool ,guide or explanation.
Japanese verb conjugation is an important part of grammar.
While it is good to have all other feature like vocab etc. But bunpro is suppose to be a specialize pro tool for bunpou(grammar) as assume from the name pro in bunpou- bunpro.
However, there is nothing on conjugation at all. No explanation or guide. Only sentence that require conjugation and expect you to know it when you do the review.
May can add conjugation as grammar point. Then the example can be practice sentence with different type of verb change.
Absolutely second this. Or having something in general settings to change all reviews to reveal and grade would be amazing.
I would love if I could organize the reviews by JLPT level or spaced repetition progress. Currently, I add all the grammar points I have gone over in my class, but since there are so many, I canât always do all my reviews. I would love if I could organize the reviews in some way so I make sure I hit a portion of them with the spaced repetition algorithm. Basically, I feel each time I do a review, all the reviews are randomized, so I am more likely to hit ones I havenât seen in a while than ones I should be reviewing immediately for the spaced repetition algorithm. I hope this makes sense.
Customize path.
Currently there is path based on limited textbook which is great but there are a lot of textbook tht are not in the path. Having a customize path allow us to create a path based on whichever textbook we have. This allow us to have a path based on textbook specially those that are not common or popular.
Is there some way to populate the self-study sentences with the hints and other structures of the example sentences in the corresponding grammar point? I try to keep my self-study sentences as close to the example sentences as possible but Iâm not sure what hints I can give my future self.
When on the example sentence page, it would be nice if you could choose the audio speed without having to scroll back up when you get to the later sentences
Also, not having to scroll up to press either the show sentence or translation button
Sometimes I accidentally click âShow Sentence/Translationâ when Iâm trying to use it as a listening training exercise
Added this to my to-do list!
Thanks for the feedback
Having additional search functions would be nice. For instance being able to search accuracy, stage, number of times studied etc and then the ability to sort. I think this will help me focus on the grammar that needs the most attention.
Also how are you keeping track of all these suggestions? If they were collated into a poll for users to vote on it could help everyone see what is the most important areas of development.
Generally however thanks for a great app and service, been a member for 3 years now and this has helped my Japanese improve so much x
I already reported this error about two months ago. @Asher replied:
Hi there, and thanks for getting in touch! For ăăăăăȘă, it is not a formal structure, so it appears that the tense information is slightly out of date here. I have tried removing the incorrect information, but there appears to be some internal error preventing it being removed fully at the moment. I have contacted a fellow team member and hopefully the information should be removed shortly. I apologize for the confusion, and hope you have a great day!
The feedback was closed as âResolvedâ, but I guess it wasnât actually resolved?
It appears that whatever was preventing this getting removed the first time has since been fixed, as I just attempted to alter the sentences again and was able to. I removed âformalâ from the tense information for each one.
There was an error at one point that was preventing us altering some of the info related to grammar and vocabulary, but this has since been fixed. My guess is that when we were going through the backlog of sentence changes after the error was fixed, following up on this point was missed. Apologies for that!
@Slysoft It should be fixed now!
Vocab bookmark page.
A page to view bookmarked Vocab. Currently there is only a grammar page and even if you bookmark vocab there is no where to find it.
Iâm not 100% sure on this, but I looked up the word ä»ČèŻă on jisho to check and it doesnât have it desginated as a ăȘ adjective, but a noun or ăź adjective.
Based on this, is the ăȘ in this example sentence required?
Could we get a breakdown per JLPT level when I hover over Expert or Master and so on?
Something like this but for each JLPT level
on the app and sometimes even on the website it doesnât remember which kanji i already know how to pronounce. i think itâd be really nice not having to reclick the same kanji every day
But when you click it doesnât say a sum of all for N4, N3 and so on.
