I looked up どいつ (without the う) and saw that it can mean “who” so I figured that どいつか can mean “someone” and made my guess. But I like to think that some ドイツ人 really pissed off Goku and he’s coming for him

Note : どこのどいつ and どいつもこいつも are both very slang ways to refer to ‘everyone’ or ‘someone’. Often with the nuance of disdain.
