According to the weather forecast, I heard that it will snow tomorrow.
I think 降りそうです sounds better in this case which makes it “It seems like it will snow” instead, but I’m only basing that on how the translation sounds so I don’t know for sure.

There is a nuance difference depending on a personal guess or heard from someone else. Given this is a weather report, I would stick ふるそう here.

Of all of the different forms that によろ can be found in, により is the form that is used the least in speech (only in writing). It can occasionally be heard in conversation, but usually only in a very formal situation such as a speech.

I’m only doing a “translation” today, as I feel like I’m probably interpreting it correctly, but if I try to break it down I just end up with a lot of uncertainty

I’m going to go say hello to mom and the landlord.
But what the ら is doing there (pluralising suffix? so mothers? as in his/her mother + step-mother?) I don’t really know. And I suspect, but am not sure, that the から at the ending is to indicate the reason for the behaviour, so he/she is probably leaving the room, someone inquires why, and then they say they’re going to greet their mom(s) and the landlord.

The してくるから at the end really confused me, I spent the whole time thinking it was ‘from’, but also could be ‘because’, and then who is coming/going to greet?
