Translation and my usual considerations
"Hmmm…? Isn’t it fine if Shiro wants to go (there)? (I dont particularly mind it)"
→ Possibly parents discussing if their kid should be allowed to go somewhere or if they all should go to a meeting/event, sentence kinda indicates that a statement was made from another person right beforehand who had a skeptical or negative outlook regarding this. Speaker seems to consider this shortly and ends up seeing no real reason to be against this wish of “Shiro”'s (or his extended group ).
The speaker who seems to not view the trip/outing/request to go somewhere as a bad thing, as long as this “Shiro” thinks he wants to go there" = Speaker seems to be appeasing whoever they are talking to about this / speaker is on the site of “Shiro” here, while whoever they are talking to was less open for “Shiro” wanting to go somewhere.
