Notes:
There was quite a bit of slang in this panel! While there are no good translations for things like ぜ in English, it could readily be translated to things like ‘ya know’, ‘like’, or even ‘bro’ in some circumstances.

This is my first try for GrammarInTheWild, so I hope to not be too bad !
Could you take a quick look at this ?
Won’t you check up on this fellow for a moment?

ちょと待って。君の携帯電話を借りさせてくれないか?世界一周するように直ちに文プロレビューをしなくてはいけない。え、もうアメージングレースが終わってしまった?信じないよ。

Notes:
コイツ is regularly used in relation to objects that a speaker does not think highly of (especially if it is something the speaker owns themselves). In this example, the speaker drew something, then asks another person to have a look. This nuance is ‘I know this (コイツ) is probably bad, but would you take a look anyway?’

Notes:
せんせい is not an official reading of 教授, but it is a common way to say ‘doctor’. It is not uncommon in medicine for some of the more experienced doctors to be university professors that teach things related to their specialty to other staff in the hospital. This could be when new techniques become mainstream, or just to facilitate the ongoing education of other doctors, residents, nurses, and medical scientists.
