Last weekend, I played football with some other school staff. The opposition team were ex-soccer club players in their twenties and they could run so fast. Even though I scored two goals, I was so tired. It goes without saying that I need to improve my stamina.
For some reason when I read “他の学校の職員” I thought it’s about staff from another school. I don’t know if it’s just my assumption, or if a native speaker would’ve assumed the same.
Maybe this is because 学校職員 is used as one word (学校職員 - Wikipedia), and so that の looks like it’s there on purpose to group（他の学校）の職員.
Also “反対のチーム” gives me pause. I think you could say that about political opposition or a protest movement or something like that, but not about a sports match. I’ve looked through some example sentences and perhaps 相手チーム is what they would call it.
Oh, they were staff from different schools to mine! We just meet because we want to play soccer. It sounded a little strange when I wrote it but I rolled with it. 別の学校職員 could work perhaps?

In cases like this when you are saying that something is not A but B, you can connect parts with ではなくて・じゃなくて (JLPT N3) | Bunpro. ないと has a different meaning.
Also 深刻 is “serious” that describes a serious/grave/dangerous situation. When talking about character traits (性格), then まじめ is a good word.
So putting this together:
あなたの車は真面目ではなくて、無茶な性格ですか？
