This sentence literally means “I pray for quiet.”
It sounds very odd, and could be misinterpreted as to what you mean in this situation.

A couple options for revision I see would be:
“お静かにしてください” or “Please be quiet”
“お静かにお願いします” or “I’m humbly wishing for (you to be) quiet”

The first is a command for someone to be quiet, and the other is more of a wish from the speaker for others to stop talking/making noise, and vary in politeness.
お願いします is an example of the お〜する grammar point, and expresses one’s own actions in a humble manner, and is typically how you see the verb “願う” used when making requests.

This just seems like a typo of trying to say “勉強しながら” or “while in the process of studying”. The way it’s written now looks like a mistype of “勉強から” or “from studying”, which could be confusing.

You may have been trying to put その寿司が誰のか知っていますか。
I believe this is correct however the use of は would be more natural than が。
A better way would be to phrase this like your last sentence if you are asking who’s sushi is this so it would be something like. その寿司は誰のですか

This would use あります rather than います as sushi is an inanimate object.

This is correct, however it may be better to use 姉さん(Formal) or おねえちゃん(Casual), as おねえさん is usually used for other peoples sisters.

This is correct however saying 天気がいい日には、would be a bit more natural.

Rather than 外側, I believe just 外, would be best here as 外側 refers to the outside of something rather than the outside itself.

A better translation would be “On days when the weather is good/nice, I should go outside.”
