It sounds very odd, and could be misinterpreted as to what you mean in this situation.
A couple options for revision I see would be:
“お静かにしてください” or “Please be quiet”
“お静かにお願いします” or “I’m humbly wishing for (you to be) quiet”
The first is a command for someone to be quiet, and the other is more of a wish from the speaker for others to stop talking/making noise, and vary in politeness.
お願いします is an example of the お〜する grammar point, and expresses one’s own actions in a humble manner, and is typically how you see the verb “願う” used when making requests.
This just seems like a typo of trying to say “勉強しながら” or “while in the process of studying”. The way it’s written now looks like a mistype of “勉強から” or “from studying”, which could be confusing.
