Are these sentences natural Japanese?
彼女が大好きだよ。だが、僕を愛していない。。。
Translation 1
I love her. However, she doesn’t love me.
強いパワーリフターじゃなくて、僕を愛していない。
Translation 2
She doesn’t love me, because I am not a strong powerlifter.
もっと強くならないで、彼女は僕を好きになってくれない。
Translation 3
Without getting stronger, she won’t love me.
I’m not sure about the second and a bit not sure about the third. Hopefully someone more nihongo jouzu will correct me if any mistakes there are.

I think this would sound more natural if you replaced だが with だけど. Also, adding 僕のことを愛していない might sound better in this situation.
Like so:
彼女が大好きだよ。だけど、僕のことを愛していない。
This should be:
強いパワーリフターじゃないから、僕のことを愛していない。
Adding から for reason, and 僕のこと like before sounds better to me.
This should be:
もっと強くならなければ、彼女は僕のことを好きじゃないでしょう。
Without a conditional (ば in this case), this sentence sounds weird. I changed the ending too cause to me it sounded a little forceful to say 好きになってくれる. I could be wrong about that though.
These are just my impressions, but I hope it helps.
EDIT: Actually, on the last sentence, the と conditional would sound even better. Looking at it again, the rest as you originally had it, was fine. As in:
もっと強くならないと、彼女は僕を好きになってくれないでしょう。

I wanted to also comment a little bit on the second sentence:
I think I see where you are going with this, trying to create a cause and effect relationship with なくて (JLPT N4) | Bunpro
But you have to keep in mind which subjects are inferred in this case. The second part of the sentence would normally be about the speaker’s feeling or situation. My first reaction when reading this without a translation was “who?”. So you’d at least need to override the subject to 彼女が僕を愛してくれない.
But even then I’d go with から or ので instead of なくて, not completely sure why. Maybe this situation doesn’t sound “uncontrollable” enough, or maybe second part in the negative only works with potential.
I think this would be fine:
彼女がパワーリフターじゃなくて好き。
She is not a powerlifter and I love her (partially for this reason).
Or this:
僕はパワーリフターじゃなくて、彼女が出来ていない。
I’m not a powerlifter, so I don’t have (and cannot get) a girlfriend.
