I would just say 金髪のイギリス人 here since the 髪 in 金髪 means hair. I also don’t think 持っている is necessary.

I think you’re saying “I’ve only met him once but I’ve still met him” - in that case I think it would look better as 一回しか会ったことがないけど知っているよ！ or something along those lines. If someone better at Japanese than me could confirm that I’d be very grateful.
You don’t need だ after an い adjective.
Again I would want someone better at Japanese to confirm this for me but I think this looks a bit strange. I understand it as “I will only do my best from now on.”
Maybe something like これからずっと頑張るぞ！ - someone else please check this!

With the 小さいだね I was under the impression that while not needed, if left out it came across as more feminine? I don’t remember where I heard that, but for some reason that was in my head.
As for 頑張るしかない I was intending it to be like “At this point there’s nothing left to do but try my best!”, but again, I wasn’t 100% sure on it

Hmmm, this is tricky…
Firstly I would use 持っている instead of ある because it says that you have them. ある sounds like “there are a lot of books.”
I think this should be 時間はあまりない
OK so I would be grateful if someone could check this, but I feel like 読めない as well as 読むことができない (which actually mean the same thing) give off the impression that you don’t have the ability to read it. Even if you tried to, you couldn’t.
I’m not 100% on my translation but I would say something like 読む時間がない - I don’t have time to read it, or simply 読まない - I won’t read it. You’ve already explained your reasons, so the maybe the simple ending would be best?

I’m not really sure this is anything close to the actual phrasing a native speaker would use for this, but ah well. I originally was considering going with いい instead of 元気, but I felt like the latter would be a better match for the idea of “wishing good health.” Would love to know how accurate that actually is.
