It’s been quite a while because of work and other hobbies but here goes:
１）ぞらはみずいろです。
２）私のにほんごいいじゃない。
３）私の家は、食べに行った。

Although the sentence 私の日本語はよくない is grammatically correct, it doesn’t sound natural, so it would be best for you to go with 私は日本語が上手じゃない。
You’re saying here that your house went to eat. Assuming you want to say that you went to your house to eat, you should say 私は家に食べに行った。
1)Oop that first one was a typo.
2)ah ok noted. Figures that it’s not as interchangeable as I thought.
3) i totally meant “going to my house to eat.” But seeing the mistake, it does look funny

日本でイルミネーションを見に行ってみたいです。
Ordinarily, if you are performing an action at a place, you would use で to illustrate that you are doing it at that place. To use your example, 日本でイルミネーションウを見る.
However, when you use the しに行く form, that で changes to a に so to use your example in a simpler form, you could say 日本にイルミネーションを見に行く, therefore in this case your で should be a に.
I wasn’t aware of that, but that makes a lot of sense. Thanks. I was working from examples that were all そこで〇〇てみたいです。but I don’t think any of them actually used しに行く, so I didn’t consider that issue.
Then you can say 勉強になりました

This looks fine. Just a one tiny tiny point.
When you’re talking about a number, you wouldn’t usually use kanji, you would use Arabic numerals. So I wouldn’t say 十八歳, I would go with 18歳. Number kanji are usually used for making words that include that kanji, but don’t refer to the number itself, for example 一日中 (all day long) and 十分 (enough).
I should just say, it’s definitely not incorrect, but just slightly unusual.

Ha thanks, but I almost always correct my sentences with friends on Discord. I’ll try leaning a bit more on you, as using external help kind of makes your role pointless ;_;
I’ll do today’s sentence a bit earlier than usual and won’t correct it :
僕がヴィンセントと申します。絵を書いたり、アニメを見たり、日本語を勉強したりするのが大好きですね。そして、ニコラという14歳の弟があります。日本が好きじゃない 
(These two sentences aren’t really linked together, but I felt like talking about my brother since I knew the vocabulary 
)
This is a person, so you should use います (used for living things/people) instead of あります (non-living.) I remember when I was in my first year at university my Japanese teacher would always correct this mistake by saying “oh I’m so sorry is he dead?”
This is fine but the rest of your sentence is in polite form so to make this more uniform with the rest of your sentence you should use じゃありません, ではありません, or じゃないです instead of just じゃない.
