Genshin Impacts Noelle is so cute, she made me play the game for half a year.
[Honestly I don’t understand the difference of this use of 「くらい2」and 「ほど」, so if anyone does and is willing to explain it would make me very happy. Also I am not sure whether the objective case particle 「を」and the time particele 「に」are needed in this sentence and whether I placed them correctly]
玉ねぎはの大でしたよ。それはも丸でした。
The onion was big! It was also round.
*Pretty sure I’m not using the correct adjective for “big” here. I’m also not sure when to use は vs. が for clarifying the subject of the sentence. Don’t even get me started on を…any and all feedback/suggestions/critique welcome!
Big: 大きい
This is an い adjective.
When using past tense for い adjectives, you conjugate with 「~かった」and you can add です to make it more polite.
「玉ねぎは大きかったですよ。」The onion was big!
Round: 丸い
Once again, an い adjective.
も is difficult to explain because it has a lot of uses, but in this case I believe it would go after それ and replace the は.
「それも丸かったです。」It was also round.
You could also add something to specify which onion you are talking about, although in real life it might be obvious from context:
その玉ねぎは大きかったですよ。それも丸かったです。

Writing a sentence that uses 「に対して」 is difficult for me, whereas writing one using 「まま(に)」or「に関する・に関して」is easy.
[ I am not sure if using 書きている in the second sentence was right or if I should have used 書くinstead. In the third sentence I am not sure whether I used の correctly to replace 使った文. As always: any pointers are highly appreciated]
You didn’t use 書きている right because the て form of 書く is 書いて, but the phrase itself was used correctly afaik.
