The word ‘juicy’ is usually elongated in Japanese to ジューシー, so I would personally change that.
Also, you don’t always need a pronoun in Japanese - since you’re already on the subject of your cat, you can simply say かわいいよ。 without the 彼女は.
Finally, you had ‘very’ in your translation, so if you want a literal, word-for-word translation, then stick とても or something like that before かわいい.
