To the better of my knowledge, I would rephrase your sentences as follows:
おはよう。日本語で初めて書きましょう。
(で instead of を as you probably meant ‘let’s write in Japanese’. Otherwise, it sounds as if you wanted to write the word ‘日本語’.)
間違いがあれば教えてください。
(Though 違い would work, 間違い is more appropriate for ‘mistake’. I think 誤り would also work.
The use of あれば (provisional form of ある) is to say ‘if there were’ or ‘would there be’. が is needed to mark to subject of existence, 間違い in this case.
Then, in this case 教える better conveys ‘tell me’ as in ‘show me’.)
辞書を使いませんでした。
(I put it in past tense as I reckon you wanted to say that you wrote these sentences without using a dictionary.)
