That is a bit confusing…

I’ve updated the translation to:

I’ll be in touch within the near future.

Hopefully this makes it easier to answer!

This one has gotten me a couple times this week. The main problem is me not reading the full sentence clearly enough…but I also think these hints are a little misleading. Isn’t the reason the correct particle is に because we are not actually describing a noun here? I accept the general idea that てき “creates adjectives” but in this sentence, 自発的に is acting as an adverb modifying the verb. Right? Someone please chime in if I am wrong.

Not exactly a hint, and not exactly rage, but I am quite confused by the logic of how exactly I would show you a piece of fruit after I’ve eaten it…

This is from this newly added N5 lesson.

You’re in a court of law, and you’re accused of eating a bunch of strawberries out of a local greenhouse. The prosecutor pulls up a recording from the security camera, and your attorney yells 「異議あり!」, and you point out the single strawberry you ate. Somebody (or something) else is responsible for the disappearance of the other strawberries. Good luck in court! :strawberry::v:

How can you show an already eaten strawberry to someone, to demonstrate? :face_vomiting:

Another “not a hint” and “not rage”… but still really weird.

Whose grandpa has a watch worth $630k USD??? :flushed:
