Reviews 2.0 Released!

I do have N4 vocab set as my main deck and it’s set to manual input, but all new vocab is still coming out as cloze style!

Hmmm, not sure what’s up, but it’s all good, for now I can just learn new vocab in 1.0 and it’ll show up in my 2.0 reviews as manual input! That seems to work!

One thing that would be nice is for it to stop cutting off the paying audio when moving to the next question, which is how Wanikani behaves for example. With that I could start doing the next question while finishing listening audio of the previous one, saving time. From what I understand the old system was reloading the page so it was difficult, but perhaps it can be done with the new system.

also another problem regarding this, if I’m not on the beta version I can’t access decks at all, are they in a different place than in the top bar?

I have my account set to Japanese, but today when I was doing my grammar lesson and quiz the page was displaying in English

Not quite remember, but did previously wrap-up go in the same order it appeared while doing reviews? It actually makes doing wrap-up easier in a way. I’d be better to shuffle wrap-up items.

Any update on the cram related issues reported in the other thread?
I still see that the cram does not register the last item crammed after a review session, and those cram sessions are not registered on the statistics page.

Not sure if someone has already mentioned this and it is admittedly a bit on the nitpick side, but the hotkeys in reviews don’t seem to respond if caps lock is turned on?

Yeah, I wish the speed of the answer and the next review fading in was faster for the most part.

Holy crap! The reviews page changed! It looks slick as. I haven’t dived into the post or any of the features yet, but in the 10 seconds I’ve used it so far, it feels great.

Keep rocking it.

We are looking into this currently!

Not a nitpick at all!
Is it the letter hotkeys that aren’t working? Currently I can see that f, i and p might not work with capslock on.

Anyway, I’ll add support for capital letters :+1:

It should show up in the usual spot if you’re signed up for the Beta!
Check your settings, if you’re already opted in to Beta that might be a bug

Thanks for the feedback!
When you go to pages on the new system, are you getting the /ja/ prefix in the URL?
E.g. https://bunpro.jp/ja/reviews
If you change the language in the footer on the new system, does it work?

It could probably be done, however some people really fly through reviews, so I’m sure a few users would have problems with the audio coming in / out.
Will keep this in consideration. Potentially something we could add as a Review-only setting

That’s really unfortunate… especially so close to the JLPT!

Users have had this issue for a while now, I’m just never able to replicate it… Currently looking into it.
Weird question, but have you tried the “Change all to Manual Input” button?

Yellow highlighting disappears after toggling 言い方.

It only happened once. If it happens again I’ll look at some data

So, I just did another lesson and quiz, and once again the page displays in English with the url being http://bunpro.jp/learn

This seems to only happen when doing lessons. Doing normal reviews was working fine.

In addition, for some reason the kanji inside the answer shows furigana even though the same kanji outside the answer (the verb hint on the right) is properly disabled.

Excellent, thanks.

Update: Tested and all items were now included as expected.

Update #2: The session count was updated on the statistics page, but not the number of items.
