So, regarding leaving things out, as this is a problem for myself as well:
Could I leave out the second 「僕」 and the second 「勉強」?

するじゃなくて is wrong, because ではなくて and variations are constructs that can’t come directly after verbs.

Today I just did some vocabulary, so I hope it’s okay that I try to make sentences with some of those words, rather than a specific grammar point.

一昨日、「八百屋」や「保険証」や「何か」や「入口」の語彙を勉強しました。

八百屋で熟れた桃の五個と美味い杏を四個買ました。入口のそばにいくつか梅があって、まだ未熟なので、買いませんでした。他の何かの果物を探しながら、保険証を床に落ちましたはずです。

Translation

I bought five ripe peaches and four delicious apricots at the greengrocer. Near the entrance, there were some plums, but I did not buy them because they were not ripe yet. While I was looking for some other fruit, I must have dropped my insurance card on the floor.

The second 僕 is unnecessary but I think leaving out 勉強 would be strange.

Also, this should be することじゃなくて

No, actually I’m wrong. Your sister is the subject of the sentence, so you should have the second 僕. If you were the subject of the sentence then it would be unnecessary.

So, about the ぞ I used at the end of the last sentence. I have heard ぞ and ぜ a lot at the end of sentences in anime and guessed it would prolly be a casual way to say something invitational. Couldn’t find it here in bunpro grammar search, so I had to refer another resource:
